To provide you with notices and news, we process your name, surname and e-mail address.
To contact you regarding your job application, we process your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone, data on high school/gymnasium, number of points at the matura examination, grade from Slovenian language at the matura examination, faculty, average grade at the faculty, the date and grade of the diploma or master’s thesis and the date of the state legal exam, as well as information provided in your annexe to the job application.
Cookies used on our website do not collect your personal data, which could be used to identify you.
We process your personal data based on your express consent (Article 6(1)a GDPR).
We will retain your personal data until you withdraw your consent, but not longer than 5 years after the end of the calendar year in which you have given your consent.
We will not disclose your data to third parties, and we will not transfer it outside the EU.
You can request access to your personal data, its completion or correction, block or restrict its processing and request erasure of your personal data at any time. You can also object to processing your personal data and have the right to data portability. Considering the complexity and volume of requests, this time limit can be extended for not more than two months. We will notify you of any such extension and the reasons for the delay in one month after receiving the request.
