Irena is an expert in the field of business valuation.
She gained the title of a »certified business valuer« at the Slovenian Institute for Audit. She focuses on business valuation, financial due diligence and preparation of expert opinions in the field of economics. She is a certified business valuer, expert for business valuations, appointed appraiser and a certified business accountant.
As a certified business valuer she has valuated over 250 companies and several trademarks and patents, and over 40 companies as an appointed appraiser. She is also a lecturer at two higher business schools. Irena is constantly upgrading her expertise in the field of business valuation.
