Janez Kratnar
Expert and Certified Appraiser for construction
Janez in an expert in real estate valuation.
He has been a long-time Expert and Appraiser for the construction profession. Since 1992, he focuses on real estate appraisal and advising clients, which gives him wide and invaluable experience in the field.
As a project manager he actively participated in the construction of key infrastructure in Slovenia, including the Nuclear Power Plant Krško. Janez is also active in a number of organizations, including as a member of the Assessors’ Section at the Slovenian Institute of Audit and as a permanent member of the examination commission for the admission of new experts and appraisers in the field of construction at the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Slovenia, within which he regularly acts as a lecturer in education programs. Janez is also the chairman of the panel of experts for valuation at the Mass Real Estate Valuation Office at the Surveying and Mapping Authority of the Republic of Slovenia.
