Marko Udovč
Real Estate Advisor
Marko Udovč is a real estate expert and entrepreneur. As a real estate agent, he specialises in investment properties, project development, and management, as well as real estate legal and tax advisory. He is the owner of the real estate agency Revestum d.o.o., which brings together residential and investment properties under one roof.
He is actively involved in the sale of residential and investment properties and has extensive experience in transactions involving shopping centres, logistics land, leased commercial properties, and hotel investments. These are complex projects where he combines a strategic approach, financial insight, and operational execution.
He is also a partner in the development of the first internationally branded hotel near Ljubljana Airport.
In addition to his work in real estate, he is passionate about projects that drive social change and the promotion of human rights.
